電伴熱的(de)日(ri)常維(wei)護(hu)概(gai)述如下:
對于(yu)管道(dao)防凍保溫(wen)使用的(de)(de)電伴熱系統(tong)(tong)需要在每年進行為期兩(liang)次(ci)的(de)(de)例行檢查(cha),經過外界(jie)環境的(de)(de)變化,電伴熱的(de)(de)整套系統(tong)(tong)需要在天(tian)氣降溫(wen)前進行系統(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)檢查(cha)。一(yi)般情況下有以下幾點需要監管人員留意(yi)。
首先,由于天氣變化的(de)(de)(de)原因,日曬雨淋勢必(bi)會(hui)對電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)伴(ban)(ban)熱(re)系統(tong)的(de)(de)(de)保溫層(ceng)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)伴(ban)(ban)熱(re)帶、配件以(yi)及防水罩(zhao)造成影響,可能會(hui)有(you)積水現(xian)象的(de)(de)(de)發生,一(yi)定要(yao)(yao)立刻對積水進(jin)(jin)行(xing)處理,對于損壞的(de)(de)(de)保溫層(ceng)或防水罩(zhao)要(yao)(yao)及時進(jin)(jin)行(xing)更(geng)換與(yu)維護(hu),保證內(nei)(nei)部(bu)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)伴(ban)(ban)熱(re)系統(tong)完全防水。由于內(nei)(nei)部(bu)積水的(de)(de)(de)問(wen)題,可能會(hui)對伴(ban)(ban)熱(re)帶的(de)(de)(de)局部(bu)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)滲漏,引起短路(lu),盡管即使(shi)采用(yong)(yong)改性(xing)聚烯烴或全氟材料外護(hu)套,還是會(hui)將伴(ban)(ban)熱(re)帶擊穿燒毀(hui),因此(ci)對以(yi)上工作要(yao)(yao)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)一(yi)次詳細的(de)(de)(de)維修(xiu)記(ji)錄便(bian)(bian)于下次的(de)(de)(de)維修(xiu)細節與(yu)時間。檢測(ce)伴(ban)(ban)熱(re)帶的(de)(de)(de)連續性(xing)和絕緣電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)的(de)(de)(de)測(ce)試(shi),使(shi)用(yong)(yong)500V的(de)(de)(de)要(yao)(yao)表測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)應該要(yao)(yao)大于5M歐(ou)姆,一(yi)般是在(zai)每(mei)一(yi)個回路(lu)的(de)(de)(de)尾端進(jin)(jin)行(xing)測(ce)試(shi),與(yu)此(ci)同時檢查電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)伴(ban)(ban)熱(re)帶的(de)(de)(de)外護(hu)套是否有(you)破(po)損情況,結果在(zai)詳細地(di)記(ji)錄以(yi)便(bian)(bian)將問(wen)題反饋給廠家。如果某一(yi)段出(chu)現(xian)破(po)損甚至不熱(re),測(ce)試(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)為(wei)零(ling)以(yi)后,是可以(yi)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)兩通接(jie)線(xian)盒在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)伴(ban)(ban)熱(re)允許的(de)(de)(de)大使(shi)用(yong)(yong)長度內(nei)(nei)短接(jie)一(yi)段新的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)伴(ban)(ban)熱(re)帶。

電伴熱帶使用方法
1.電伴熱帶在儲存、搬運(yun)、安裝及使用時(shi)不許(xu)扭曲,不許(xu)反復彎(wan)折,嚴禁損壞外護套,破壞絕緣層。
2.安裝時要避(bi)開介質(zhi)可能積聚的(de)溝坑暗角等部位。
3.選用電(dian)伴熱帶(dai)時(shi)注意其防爆溫度組(zu)別,不得超過介質閃點或自燃溫度的75%。
4.電(dian)伴熱(re)帶(dai)的安(an)裝必須(xu)在(zai)介質管路系(xi)統全部(bu)安(an)裝結束(shu)(shu),并(bing)經(jing)水(shui)壓(ya)或氣密試驗合格(ge)后(hou)進行。保溫層的施工(gong)必須(xu)在(zai)電(dian)熱(re)帶(dai)全部(bu)安(an)裝、調試結束(shu)(shu),送(song)電(dian)正(zheng)常后(hou)進行。
5.電伴熱帶安裝時遇(yu)到(dao)銳(rui)(rui)利的邊棱、銳(rui)(rui)角(jiao)應打磨光滑或墊上鋁膠帶,以防破壞外絕緣層。
6.電伴熱帶安裝時(shi)彎曲半徑原則上(shang)應不小于其厚度的5倍(bei)。
7.電伴熱帶安裝時應(ying)緊貼在管道上,盡(jin)可能采用鋁膠(jiao)帶粘(zhan)貼,途徑處(chu)的油(you)污和(he)水分,應(ying)處(chu)理干凈,用耐熱膠(jiao)帶將(jiang)電熱帶沿徑向(xiang)固定。
